Kalinchowk Darshan Limited is issuing 896,400 units of IPO shares from today onwards to general public.

From today, 3rd Magh, 2079, Kalinchowk Darshan Limited will offer 896,400 unit shares of Rs 100 face value as an Initial Public Offering to the general public. The early closing date of this issue is 6th Magh and if the issue is not fully subscribed, it can be extended up to Magh 17, 2079.

Out of the total 10,80,000 units, 10% i.e. 108,000 units have already been issued and allotted to Nepalese citizens working abroad. 2% i.e. 21,600 units have been set aside for employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares i.e. 54,000 units have been set aside for mutual funds. The remaining 896,400 units are for the general public. The company intends to collect Rs 8.96 crore from this IPO. The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs. 60 crores more after the IPO issuance.

Earlier, the company had issued 1,20,000 unit shares worth Rs. Locals affected by the project received Rs. 1.2 crores and Nepalese citizens working abroad received shares worth 108,000 units. Overall, 80% of shares are of the promoter shareholders in the company.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 4,990 units.

CARE Ratings Nepal Limited (CRNL) has assigned the rating of ‘CARE-NP BB+(Is)’ to Kalinchowk Darshan Limited. Issuers with this rating are considered to have a moderate risk of default regarding the timely servicing of financial obligations in Nepal.

The Medical Education Commission conducts the CEE, or Common Entrance Exam, as a nationwide entrance exam each year. It is a medical entrance exam for hopefuls that is held throughout Nepal. The CEE exam lasts three hours and twenty minutes and is given once a year in offline format. For admission to MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, and other medical/paramedical degrees in Nepal, the Medical Education Commission (MEC) administers the medical entrance exam. Every year, more than 2 lakh people take the CEE UG exam.


The dates for the CEE Entrance 2079 exam have been released by the Medical Education Commission (MEC) Bhaktapur. The CEE entrance exam for admission to the following topics has been announced by MEC: BSc Nursing, BASLP, B Perfusion Technology, BAMS, BSc MLT BSC MIT BPT Bpharm B optometry, Bachelor in Public Health, and Bachelor in Nursing Sciences are among the degrees that may be obtained.

Exam CEE 2079 Schedule
The date for the 2079 Common Entrance Exam has been released. The second week of March 2023 will see the MBBS admission exam for CEE. The MEC CEE MBBS exam schedule and format have not changed. This online model test is given in one shift over the course of three days, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at various locations.

The admit card for the CEE Entrance Exam is anticipated to be released soon following the deadline for form submission. Students should be aware that neither the exam locations nor the hall passes provided to applicants have changed. Candidates are recommended to be at the designated testing locations one hour prior to the start of the exam, along with any identifying documents supplied by the Medical Education Commission and their CEE entrance admission card. 200 objective questions make up the test. Questions with multiple choices and reasoned arguments covering general knowledge, physics, chemistry, and biology are also included. The candidate may receive up to 200 points. There will be one right answer for each of the four possible questions.
