Upcoming IPO: Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL)To Issue IPO From 26th Magh

Emerging Nepal Limited(ENL) to issue 5,55,600 units(Rs 5.5 crore) as IPO to the general public from 26th Magh to 1st Falgun. 2% of offered IPO i.e 11,112 units will be given for the employee and 5% i.e. is 27,780 units will be given to the mutual funds and the remaining 5,16,708 units will be given to the general public.

NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of Emerging Nepal Limited. The minimum unit that the applicant can apply is 10 units and the maximum unit is 5,000.

After the issuance of 5,55,600 units worth Rs, 5.5 crore IPO shares the general public i.e 10% of total capital which will together raise its paid-up capital to Rs 55.56 crore, and the promoter/public ratio will be 90:10. 

Emerging Nepal Limited was established in August 2015 as a public-private partnership (PPP) investment company to invest in diverse sectors. ENL is promoted by the Vishal Group and IME Groups.

ICRA Nepal has assigned ENL rating of [ICRANP-IR] BB+ (i.e. ICRA NP Issuer Rating Double B Plus) to ENL which means that the company has a moderate risk to invest. The opening date hasn't been declared yet.

Upcoming IPO: Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta LI. (JSLBSL )To Issue IPO From 21st Magh


Finally, after a long wait company will be starting issuing IPO. NEPSE has approved Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta (JSLBSL) to issue IPO. Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta is a microfinance sector, it will be issuing 5,22,000 units for the general public on the 21st of Magh-2078 (4-Feb) Friday the early closing date is 25th of Magh and if it is not fully subscribed then the company will extend the deadline till Falgun 6. The minimum applying range is 10 units and the maximum is 5,200 units.

Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta submitted an application to SEBON requesting to issue 32.625% of its issued capital in the form of an IPO. SEBON approved the application on the 10th of Magh. Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager.

The company has given 0.5% of the issue that is  8,000 units to the employees and 5% that is 26,100 to the mutual funds. and the remaining 4,87,900 units are for general investors.
